How I Practice Law

ü       I do not charge for incidental costs such as copies or phone expenses.  We only charge for court costs or other significant expenses relating to you matter.

ü      I will answer your questions and concerns in a prompt manner and will return your telephone calls promptly.

ü      I will keep you informed as to the status of your matter.  

ü      I will send you copies of all papers concerning your matter. 

ü      I will take the time necessary to explain the significance of these papers as to allow you to participate meaningfully in the development of your matter.

ü      I will respect your legitimate objectives, including whether or not to settle your matter . 

ü      I will protect your right to privacy in your dealings with our firm and to have your secrets and confidences preserved to the extent permitted by law. 

ü      You are entitled to have your attorney conduct himself ethically in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Responsibility.
